Ready for Tomorrowland Brasil

Tomorrowland has been off to a flying start in 2023! After a sold out 'Tomorrowland presents CORE Tulum' in Mexico in January, the Belgian summer edition sold out in no time as well. Last Saturday, the third edition of Tomorrowland Winter in Alpe d'Huez came to an end with more than 22,000 festival goers from 90 different countries that all enjoyed a magical party week full of music and snow.

In the meantime, the first names for Tomorrowland Brasil have been officially announced and ticket sales have started yesterday at 15:00 … and ended a couple of hours later already as ALL 180.000 tickets for Tomorrowland Brasil were sold in a few hours. Under the theme The Reflection of Love, Tomorrowland will for the third time transform the Parque Maeda in Itu (São Paulo) into a magical wonderland where the world comes together, returning to Brazil in October after 7 years. During an interview with Adam K, Martin Garrix slipped up live on One World Radio and let the cat out of the bag about his appearance at Tomorrowland Brasil

Magic in Alpe d'Huez

The Tomorrowland production team is currently hard at work dismantling all the stages in France and meanwhile, production is underway on the sets and stages that will soon be built in Brussels for CORE Festival, in Ibiza and also in Boom.

Let's take a look back at Tomorrowland Winter 2023. More than 22,000 festival goers from 90 different countries eagerly descended on the French Alps for a week full of music, friendship and unity. DJ Academy workshops were organized for local kids and for our festival goers themselves, as well. There were some great artist talks on the programme. And live radio and TV was produced on site. One World Radio broadcast 44 interviews featuring no shortage of scoops.

The most played track during Tomorrowland Winter turned out to be Four Tet, Skrillex & Fred Again… Baby Again. Of course, the iconic Faithless record had to be on the playlist. And a French touch was added thanks to Désenchantée. The EuroRave remix by Oliver Heldens & Kate Ryan was played by Lost Frequencies on the Mainstage. What’s more, a number of IDs blasted through the speakers that we will undoubtedly learn more about soon. Kevin De Vries just released the long-awaited track 'Pegasus' on Tomorrowland Music, with which he also ended his DJ set at Youphoria. Can’t wait to see you next year!

Heartwarming visit to the Music & Arts School in India

In December, the Tomorrowland Foundation opened a second Music & Arts School. This time, in Kolkata, India and in collaboration with Ek Tara and Mobile School. Ek Tara was founded in 2021 by two passionate women. Situated in the midst of the local communities of Kolkata, the school makes it possible for 1,300 girls to receive an education there. In addition to lessons in mathematics, science and English, the girls will now also have the opportunity to develop creatively thanks to our Music & Arts School. At the beginning of this month, the Indian children of the Tomorrowland Foundation Music & Arts School received a surprise visit from Martin Garrix. He and his team took time out of a busy tour schedule to drop in at the school and play a DJ set for the enthusiastic girls.
