A month in the world of Tomorrowland

Ticket sales for Tomorrowland Belgium and Tomorrowland Thailand have wrapped up, preparations for Tomorrowland Winter in the French Alps are underway, and CORE Medellín recently welcomed 32,000 music lovers for another edition.

Meanwhile, Ibiza is calling: the Tomorrowland Store will soon reopen its doors and the new Planaxis stage is ready for the weekly shows at Ushuaïa.

Curious about the numbers behind the magic? You can explore the key facts and figures of 2025 in our annual overview here.

We were also proud to see Tomorrowland founder Michiel Beers featured in Billboard’s 2026 Live Dance Power Players list. In a ranking largely dominated by the U.S. music industry, it’s great to see a Belgian name recognized. What started more than twenty years ago as a small festival in the town of Boom has grown into a global player in music and entertainment.

Before heading towards the White Island or back to Boom this summer, here’s a quick visual update from across the Tomorrowland universe.

Tomorrowland Thailand sells out

Tomorrowland officially announced its long-awaited debut in Thailand. The global response was overwhelming: more than 150,000 tickets sold out in record time, even before the line-up was revealed.

During a press conference in Bangkok, Tomorrowland and its Thai partners confirmed several key milestones for the project, reinforcing Thailand’s role as a long-term strategic hub within the festival’s global ecosystem. Working closely with a dedicated local team based in Bangkok, Tomorrowland is bringing its internationally renowned expertise in electronic music, stage design, storytelling and large-scale production to the region.

Tomorrowland Thailand will take place December 11–13, 2026 at Wisdom Valley in Chonburi Province.

Tomorrowland Winter returns to the Alps

From March 21 to 28, 2026, Tomorrowland Winter will return to Alpe d’Huez in France for its sixth edition, welcoming more than 22,000 People of Tomorrow for a unique week combining electronic music, winter sports and mountain energy.

The Mainstage concept, “Sanctuary of the Butterflies,” tells the story of butterflies from across the world gathering in a sacred mountain sanctuary. Visitors will explore different sections inspired by species such as Boloria, Morpho and Papilonium.

As with every Tomorrowland stage, the journey starts with a long-term creative vision. The creation team develops the festival theme and builds an entire world around it, translating the concept into every detail, from bracelets and visuals to show content. Moodboards evolve into sketches and 3D models, forming a full digital concept. From there, production teams turn the vision into technical reality, while the atelier team meticulously sculpts, paints and assembles every piece by hand.

Looking ahead to Tomorrowland Belgium

As preparations continue for the next festival summer, Tomorrowland confirms that safety remains its highest priority. Following the fire incident at the Mainstage during construction in July last year, where no injuries occurred, the organisation decided to commission additional independent risk analyses focusing on fire safety and crowd management. These analyses specifically examine festival stages and structures, including the Mainstage, to further identify and mitigate potential risks. The studies are part of a broader cooperation protocol between the municipalities of Boom and Rumst, the Province of Antwerp and the festival organisation. Within this framework, clear agreements have been made on the scope and timeline of the analyses, as well as the reporting of results to local authorities and emergency services.

CORE Medellín gathers 32,000 fans

On February 20–21, the third edition of CORE Medellín took place at Parque Norte in Medellín, welcoming 32,000 electronic music fans to one of Colombia’s most immersive music events. The two-day experience blended world-class performances with cutting-edge production, set against the vibrant urban backdrop of the city.

In addition to his Colombian debut at CORE Medellin, Belgian artist Oscar and the Wolf visited the youth of 4ESKUALA, a community-based arts initiative in Medellín, together with the Tomorrowland Foundation. During the visit, young artists demonstrated their talents across several hip-hop disciplines, from graffiti and DJing to MCing and dance, highlighting how creativity can foster resilience, self-expression and community.

Seven years of One World Radio

One World Radio, Tomorrowland’s official radio station, celebrates seven years of non-stop electronic music. What started as a festival radio concept has evolved into a global platform connecting millions of listeners, broadcasting daily from the world of Tomorrowland. From Belgium and Japan to Brazil and far beyond, the station brings together a worldwide community united by a shared love of electronic music.

During Tomorrowland Winter, the station will once again build a dedicated studio in Alpe d’Huez to broadcast live from the heart of the mountains. One World Radio brings listeners straight into the action, from snowy mountain stages in Alpe d’Huez to the magical grounds of Tomorrowland in Belgium, broadcasting more than 400 hours of live radio each year.

Love Tomorrow Summit returns

The fifth edition of the Love Tomorrow Summit will take place on 23 July 2026 at De Schorre in Belgium, gathering more than 7,000 attendees from across industries. This year’s theme focuses on Natural Intelligence, exploring how human intuition, emotional awareness and collective wisdom interact with technological innovation. Through keynotes, music and immersive experiences, the summit explores what the future of intelligence asks from us as humans, leaders and societies.
